Job Description

In your E-commerce Coordinator role, your main duties will involve managing proactively Amazon's portfolio to capture and process orders, manage changes, and achieve delivery on-time-in-full. An important part of your role will be overseeing Vendor Central portal, creating ASNs retrieving orders and Carp booking in for deliveries including refusals and rebooking process.

Here, within the customer set-up, you will be responsible for working closely with e-Commerce account managers to ensure service is optimal, product portfolio is clearly defined and reporting of the main KPI's visible. You will be proactively identifying backlogs and high volumes and efficiently collaborating with other team members to achieve our operational goals.

About You

You're driven to own your process and help others to deliver on promises at the highest level possible. You appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring, and you eagerly accept stretch goals, and you are very detail oriented.

With experience in order management or order to cash and university professional qualification, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional English, verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels and establish relationships. We cover cross-country delivery part, so your German, French, Italian or Spanish language skills will be beneficial.

You're a learner, a curious investigator, and always looking for a better way to do things and willing to speak up when you believe in an idea. You know how to deal with SAP R/3 and understand the demand planning aspect.
