The Customer Development Associate (CDA) is an accelerated developmental role. The CDA will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. In addition, the CDA will gain experience and exposure to business development by managing regional accounts and pursuing new business opportunities. The CDA will support our baby and childcare business.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders, accounts and executive sponsors
  • Maintain and enhance open communication channels with internal departments and customers where applicable
  • Provide timely response to team requests and correspondence with a flexible, results-based approach to resolving issues and determining next steps
  • Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Inventory and trade investment forecasting for assigned customers
  • Clearly communicate the progress of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process and sales improvements and collaborate with others (as necessary) to execute
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned regional customers
  • Contribute, when required, in situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives
  • Contribute to the achievement of business and personal objectives by seeking and responding to performance and development feedback
