In this role, the successful candidate will be serving as the regional GBS CI Consultant providing expert guidance in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma across the delivery cente Here, you'll bring your professional expertise, talent and drive to provide primary support to our matrix global client groups: Global Business Services organization, as well as the other Kimberly-Clark teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the regional GBS CI Consultant by providing expert guidance in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma across the delivery center
  • Leading/Coaching medium - high complexity process standardization initiatives aimed at driving productivity by increasing effectiveness, efficiency and insight.
  • Teaching and coaching continuous improvement to adopt the CI mindset across the GBS organization by providing expert guidance on and the deliver GBS CI Foundation Training Program (Lean/ Six Sigma) and Green Belt Certification Program (Six Sigma - DMAIC) to the delivery center staff.
  • Partner with Global Process Owners to develop transformation roadmap and Regional Process owners to implement core business processes improvements driving process standardization and automation; resulting in cost savings, control improvement and improve overall process performance.
  • Drive the development, refinement and discipline required of a Lean Management Systems to ensure process health and KPI Delivery of GBS processes.
  • Work hand in hand with GBS Regional Senior Management team to deliver value creation targets (productivity, cost saving, addressable spend) and ensure key process KPIs above targe by driving regional, cross regional and global improvement projects.
  • Support the migration of new work to tb he regional GBS organization by developing process health metrics and visual management to provide early indication of process issues.
  • Support development of Global Continuous Improvement Strategy and drive execution in region

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and proven track record in project management focusing on value creation, productivity, cost saving delivering significant benefits on regional/global level
  • Proven professional Continuous Improvement experience focused on business and non-manufacturing issues (services, finance, HR) preferably within Shared Service Centers/BPO environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field (Finance, Economy, Management, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with the Global Process Owners on developing and driving the execution of transformation roadmaps related to process standardization
  • Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrated problem solving, facilitation and business acumen skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows (working knowledge of Celonis and Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to influence senior stakeholders (Senior Manager/Director level)
  • Robotics Process Automation knowledge (process design or technical experience with Blue Prism)
  • Strong business acumen and good understanding of e2e finance processes
  • Good understanding and ability to perform data analysis in Power Bi and Celonis, Power Platform knowledge would be a plus.
  • Innovative capabilities (Challenge the status quo), requiring strategic thinking and foresight with the ability to facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions.
  • Enthusiastic, resilient and able to manage stressful situations with demonstrated personal credibility and positive energy.
  • Proficient English speaker (local regional language would be a plus)
