Payment Service Specialist

Description

Kforce is searching for professional and talented Payment Service Specialists to join our premier client's team for a long-term engagement in the San Antonio, TX area. During the contract period benefits are available along with competitive compensation.As a Payment Service Specialist, you will:

  • Provide enthusiastic and professional telephone service with members, non-members, and other departments
  • Process or research standard and specialized inquiries and transactions
  • Provide deposit and funds availability support in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory laws with supervision
  • Serve as a first line tech for basic ATM/ETM alerts or faults
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and communicate terminal issues to the VMS department accordingly

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of job-related work experience
  • Must have good organizational, communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with a close attention to detail
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form
  • Ability to handle problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Type and 10-key by touch
  • Proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment
  • Ability to deliver superior member service through written and oral channels
  • Must be able to work a flexible Monday-Sunday schedule

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
