The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide full-cycle recruiting efforts, including hands-on sourcing, prospecting, and general support to the Kepler talent acquisition team. You will be instrumental in owning roles end to end, from initial kick off meetings to offer negotiations.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing 10-20 roles at a time, and be able to work in partnership with the rest of the talent acquisition team. You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, persuasive, and enjoy working in the fast paced environment of a rapidly growing company.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage direct recruiting efforts for various entry and mid level roles; ensuring a positive candidate experience through all of our recruiting channels
  • Conduct qualifying phone screens for both passive and active candidates
  • Own the sourcing process and continual development of new candidate pipelines 
  • Communicate weekly pipeline updates to hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kepler's business and competitive landscape 
  • Monitor trends and developments in emerging sourcing tools and technologies in the market while ensuring the team is leveraging the most effective channels to attract passive talent and drive traffic to Kepler's social and company career pages
  • Participate in various departmental projects such as brainstorming/launching recruitment marketing initiatives and analyzing recruiting data (pass through rates, time to fill, offer accept/rejection rates, etc) to identify trends and improve efficiency.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years full time in-house recruiting and/or recruiting agency experience specifically focused on digital marketing/media/analytics roles
  • High energy and strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create, build and leverage relationships and effectively interface with executive-level leadership
  • Ability to prioritize quickly and own multiple tasks while meeting and/or exceeding expectations
  • Strong sense of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Expert level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter 
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse

Total Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $63,500 - $85,000
