Are you an expert in agile methodologies with a passion for transforming how teams work? We are seeking an Agile Coach to guide cross-functional teams in adopting an agile, product-oriented approach. In this role, you will enable the successful delivery of solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), ensuring both client and internal consulting teams collaborate effectively to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Team Enablement: Coach and structure autonomous, product-focused teams, integrating members from both client and consulting organizations.
  • Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Facilitate core agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, promoting continuous delivery and improvement.
  • Workfront Operationalization: Serve as the go-to expert for Adobe Workfront, including managing agile boards, grooming backlogs, monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), and reporting on team velocity.
  • Capability Development: Design and deliver training to help teams master agile workflows, optimize KPIs, and refine journey design and test-and-learn practices.
  • Role Integration: Embed specialized roles such as Audience and Journey leads directly into teams to strengthen customer-centric execution.
  • Strategic Reporting & Governance: Prepare clear reporting for senior leadership, highlighting progress, surfacing risks, and prioritizing strategic initiatives.
  • Cultural Transformation: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, open collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across all teams.

Qualifications: 

  • 4–6 years of experience in agile coaching, Scrum Master, or related roles in fast-paced, highly-matrixed organizations.
  • Proven experience implementing agile methodologies at the team or organizational level.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront for project and work management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience as an external consultant with large enterprise clients (e.g., banking, finance) is a plus.
  • Agile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar) are advantageous.
  • Passion for mentoring and empowering teams to reach their full potential.

Assignment Details:

This is a full-time 40hr/wk contract position expected to run for 8-10 months with the potential to extend

  • Hourly Rate: $43.00 - $67.00
  • Working Hours: Eastern Standard Timezone.
