Position Summary
In this role, you will lead our risk management process by completing credit reviews.  Including but not limited to analyzing financial statements and various internal and external risk indicators. Also, you will lead some collections escalations and account reconciliations by partnering with the collections manager and his team.

SALARY - $80K
LOCATION - this is a hybrid role (2 days int the Chicago office and 3 days remote)


The salary range for this position is based on market data and is intended to provide a general guideline for the position. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.  The final offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation during the hiring process.Job responsibilities:
  • Complete credit reviews.  Determine risk profile and independently communicate with commercial teams, while supporting KBS growth targets. 
  • Utilize 3rd party data and financial statements analysis to assess risk.
  • Utilizes GetPaid to support all credit and collections efforts. 
  • Reconciles customer accounts.
  • Leads collections escalations. 
  • Collaborates with several internal teams – Collections, Cash Applications, Billing, Customer Experience, Legal and Ops. 
  • Supports team reporting and process improvements.    
Requirements:Knowledge:
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B credit experience
  • Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) 
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite or other large ERP applications preferred
  • Knowledge of GetPaid (accounts receivable software)
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Ability to resolve higher level collection issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Customer service oriented
