If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

Do you love building tools that eliminate manual work and fundamentally change how teams operate? Are you energized by turning ambiguity into scalable systems and helping others adopt new ways of working?

Risk & Insurance is evolving its operating model to support significant growth while improving efficiency. This role is central to that transformation, helping the team move from manual, fragmented workflows to scalable, technology-enabled operations. By combining hands-on building, team enablement, and operational execution, this role will unlock how the organization works.

This is not a traditional operations or analyst role. You are a builder. Someone who turns manual workflows into automated systems, data into usable infrastructure, and ideas into real, working solutions.

As the Risk & Insurance Enablement Manager, you will act as a force multiplier across the Risk & Insurance function. You will design and build AI-powered workflows, enable teams to adopt new tools and ways of working, and help evolve how the function operates at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of people, process, data, and technology, and plays a critical role in helping Risk & Insurance scale output and complexity without linear headcount growth.
