Bid Coordinator
Role Purpose:
The Bid Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of the Bid Management team, is an integral part of our growing Global Pre-Sales team. You will work internally with various teams and, on occasion, with external prospective clients. You will be responsible for preparing technical and functional write-ups for our suite of KYX platforms.
This role focuses on completing information requests globally. You will serve as the “go-to” contact during the RFP/RFI process, collaborating with internal teams—including, but not limited to, HR, Security, Product, and Finance—to provide the most accurate and effective responses for the business.

The Bid Coordinator plays a key role in improving and expanding existing responses. Your performance will directly impact the effectiveness of the Sales and Account Management teams in responding to RFIs and RFPs. This is an opportunity to help grow our team, directly influence sales revenue, and shape your career at Jumio.
