Job Summary:

J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Sales Enablement Lead to drive the growth of our equity compensation. This role requires a player/coach who can lead a global team while actively contributing to the creation of RFPs, sales presentations, and other sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, process-oriented yet flexible, highly organized, and adept at project management. As part of the Marketing organization, this position serves as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Relationship Management to enhance the tools, processes, and content that fuel revenue growth.

  • Lead and manage the sales enablement team to ensure seamless coordination, high performance, and execution excellence.
  • Develop and own the sales enablement strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on tools, training, and content that empower the sales team.
  • Own and direct the process for creating and updating sales collateral, including sales decks and customized sales collateral.
  • Oversee the RFP process for prospective and existing clients-including planning, writing, quality assurance and approvals, and delivery-ensuring proposals are compelling, accurate, delivered on time, and tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Legal, and Compliance to develop compelling, accurate proposal content.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales enablement operations, content management systems, and performance analytics.
  • Build data-informed frameworks for measuring proposal success rates and an informed view on what resonates and wins business
  • Continually measure and evolve the effectiveness of enablement tools and training programs,
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sales strategy, client engagement trends, and field readiness.
  • Stay current with trends in fintech, equity compensation, and financial wellness to inform strategy and competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or industry certifications a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, proposal management, or business development-preferably in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of RFP and proposal management processes, tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO), and best practices.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across departments to deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience developing high-impact sales content and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience in equity compensation, retirement services, or financial wellness solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Travel:

  • This role is based in Nashville, TN with full-time in-office presence required 5 days/week.
  • Occasional travel (< 10%) may be required for key meetings and events.
