WM Solutions Business Management Associate

As a Solutions Business Management Associate, you will be dedicated to helping the business thrive by providing tailored strategies and insights that drive growth and efficiency.
As a Business Management Associate within WM Solutions, you will support the daily operations of the business and provide ongoing assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Managed Investments. You will partner with the Solutions management team and other business leaders to promote strategic and tactical initiatives and execute various day-to-day business activities. Your focus will be on increasing productivity and creating efficiency within the organization, while managing business priority projects and collaborating with counterparts across the business. This role offers a unique opportunity for exposure to management across AWM. You should have experience in supporting senior stakeholders within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing strategic and operational assistance to executive leadership, facilitating effective communication, and promoting key initiatives. You will need to understand and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders, offering insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes. Experience in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results that align with business objectives is essential. You should exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration across the organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide support and analysis to the CEO and Head of Managed Investments, offering actionable recommendations to enhance business operations and decision-making.
- Prepare senior management for internal and external meetings through presentation & content creation, agenda coordination, speaker preparation and logistics coordination.
- Work closely with various departments such as Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, Controls and HR to support ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate with key business partners to understand project requirements and drive the implementation of next steps.
- Assist in managing and delivering key work streams and tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve existing business processes, adding value to the organization.
- Take ownership of business priority projects, managing them from inception to completion, and collaborating with counterparts across the business.
- Work with Business Management counterparts across the organization on various projects and initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to Wealth or Asset Management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; delivering messages clearly and succinctly with tailored approach depending on target audience
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management
- Strong project management skills, with emphasis on controls and focus on process improvement
- Excellent analytical skills
- Pro-active and problem-solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
