Role Description
WKO Operations is currently looking for an experienced Vice President to join the organization and play an integral role in the build out of the test automation services required for accelerating change program delivery. This role will work in partnership with project managers, technology and testing teams to define, design and build test automation. The successful candidate will join a team focused on change delivery across products and help deliver test automation required for accelerating change program delivery.

Job Summary
As the Vice President in WKO Operations, you will play an integral role in building out test automation services to accelerate change program delivery. You will partner with project managers, technology, and testing teams to define, design, and build test automation. Job responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day responsibilities of a test team, including supervision, duty allocation, issue resolution, and communication with the reporting manager.
- Mentor and coach team members to support growth, emphasizing respect, diversity, and inclusivity while managing performance.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, team members, and stakeholders across various business lines and global locations.
- Lead with confidence and empathy, providing support during high-pressure situations and celebrating individual and team successes.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from LOB interactions to drive DPS initiatives.
- Design and deliver the Program Test approach for automation, including strategy, test data, environment plans, estimations, execution, and defect management.
- Develop and share recommendations with technology and program teams to accelerate change.
- Provide meaningful insights to project working group members on specific focus areas.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal skills to provide clear updates to colleagues, senior executives, and clients.
- Actively drive and contribute to team meetings and conference calls with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients/3rd parties.
- Manage time effectively, handling multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision, especially in large-scale compliance and regulatory-driven projects like KYC, AML, or Client Onboarding.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber
- Web UI Automation experience
- Good problem solving & execution skills.
- Ability to break down analyses and issues into their individual components
- Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis
- Post Graduate/ MBA (or Bachelor degree with at least 8+ years of relevant experience)
- Should be well versed and hands on in Java & Python
- Complete understanding of UI , API automation and components
- Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework
- Should be able to write, run and maintain Automation scripts with automation expertise
- Should be well versed in running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to AngularJS UI is added advantage
- Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data will be an added advantage.
