Wholesale KYC Transformation & Business Management - Vice President
We are looking for a talented individual who is able to immerse themselves into a multi-faceted operations environment and help delivery of our day to day as well as strategic operating agenda.
As a KYC Transformation & Business Management Vice President within the WKO Middle Office team you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Transformation agenda whilst also completing business management responsibilities. You will support the end-to-end WKO organization by providing management with sufficient information to understand and monitor key operational risks and regulatory activities/concerns. You will be working with EMEA WKO COO and Middle Office teams to enhance existing processes, provide additional transparency and governance across the New Business book of work. You will partner with critical stakeholders including WKO across regions, Policy, GFCC, Technology, and Exam Management to ensure alignment to firm standards.
Job responsibilities
- Enhances and improves existing processes surrounding the New Business model within EMEA, working with the global teams to enhance tooling, improve data quality, measure turnaround times, agree SLAs with each LOB and create dashboards for more transparent reporting
- Provides key metrics and reports to management which outline progress of the New Business Improvement programme
- Leads the EMEA Transformation agenda working with the internal Change team and regional nominated RCRs to ensure CTB and RTB changes are analysed, developed, prioritized and completed
- Leads larger projects of work that are EMEA WKO led whilst also working with the cKYC Transformation team to support ongoing deployments
- Leads remediation projects of work and investigate and analyzes emerging issues, performs root cause analysis, and works with WKO remediation team and Production Oversight to define and execute plans to resolve the issue
- Maintains strong knowledge of WKO policies, procedures, and operating model as well as systems/platforms used to carry out these activities
- Builds and develops strong partnerships, identifies challenges and eliminates roadblocks with all internal partners
- Stays up to date of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure impacts are identified for in-progress requests
- Manages personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
- Identifies and executes process improvements, provides guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
