Wholesale KYC Strategy Operations - Vice President

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global objectives.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global Client Onboarding activities; participate in and oversee special projects as requested.
- Design and develop dashboards and metrics that enable data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders across various functions and geographies, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Represent the team assertively in Global Forums, effectively communicating key updates, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure precise and targeted information sharing, understanding business needs to anticipate and fulfill data requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, leveraging data to transform and enhance KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of KYC processes, regulatory requirements, and how data can drive transformation and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations.
- Strong, assertive communication skills, with experience representing teams in global or senior leadership forums.
- Deep understanding of KYC processes and the role of data in transforming onboarding and compliance activities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus.
