Job Responsibilities
Key day to day responsibilities would include but not restricted to below.
- Gather clear requirements and write user stories/acceptance criteria
- Provide oversight of UAT activities to ensure delivery of quality code and business requirements; address all critical defects to resolution
- Support client and practitioner adoption of new features or functionality once released into Production
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to understand use cases and pain points as well as trends in the marketplace
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements and participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the product roadmap and prioritization of enhancements and new features
- Assist in providing content and reviewing documentation for release of new features
- Ensure new features are implemented according to specifications, released on schedule, and issues are remediated in a timely manner

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management / Development or related capacity
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience within large Financial Services firms and basic level of domain knowledge in Credit Risk
- Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs
- Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
