As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients' needs. You will enable JPMorgan Chase Firmwide teams to deliver AI value from the Fusion Platform Solutions and Services. You will build expertise in one or more Data or AI domains, create and maintain high-quality user documentation and training materials and guide clients in leveraging tools and capabilities to enable their data and analytics outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated specialist with a good foundational knowledge in Data and AI/ML technologies.

As a Product Solutions Manager Data & AI Vice President in Chief Data and Analytics Office organization, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams.

The Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform team is responsible for designing and delivering governance, discovery, access, and data and AI services, empowering JPMorgan Chase teams to accelerate their data and analytics journeys and maximize commercial outcomes. The Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform Client Engagement Team is responsible for account management, solutions, implementation, and client service for JPMorgan Chase Lines of Business and Corporate Functions. You have a curious and commercial mindset and are interested in learning about internal client use cases. You are a significant contributor to a team that defines and helps clients implement integrated solutions with the Fusion Platform.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current industry trends.
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap.
  • Supports internal clients use of the Fusion Platform for providing expertise and guidance on multiple Product capabilities.
  • Engages with internal clients to understand their requirements and support implementation of integrated data and ai solutions.
  • Represents the Chief Data and Analytics Office Product Roadmaps, articulating benefits and providing guidance and options on paved paths.
  • Develop examples AI/ML experiments, applications and tools including tutorials, reference implementations, and presentations for internal clients.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help shape product development and strategy.
  • Balance multiple tasks, client engagements, and continuous learning to keep up with academic trends.
  • Manages office hours to educate, demo and collect feedback and issue from internal clients
  • Coordinate across the Product, Engineering and Architecture teams implement integrated solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis. Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
  • Understanding of a wide range of statistical models (for example regression, tree-based methods, artificial neural networks)
  • Good programming skills in at least one of the commonly used languages for data analysis (for example Python, R, MATLAB, Scala).
  • Experience with applying data science/quantitative modeling to real world, financial use cases. Knowledge of open-source data analysis tools and machine learning libraries
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and presentations and the ability to present to a technical and non-technical audience. Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with often loosely defined tasks where interaction with senior management is required.
  • Hands-on experience in or solid understanding of LLMs, their capabilities and limitations, Fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks and applications
  • GenAI chatbots/summarization services and GenAI business applications
  • Agentic architectures, orchestration patterns and evaluation approaches
  • Agentic systems automating complex tasks and decision-making processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services
  • Experience with tools for large scale and distributed data analysis (for example Spark)
