As a Vice President, Product Manager, Integrated Platform (IP), integrated experience, in Chase Travel, you will drive critical initiatives across our organization, including devising a holistic strategy to unify platforms and capabilities across Chase Travel Group and beyond that will serve travelers who are mid-trip. You will work across senior stakeholders, owners of travel core products, such as Air, Lodging etc., and ensure that as we discover new solutions for enhancing our advisor experience, we are communicating our progress with our stakeholders and removing roadblocks. Concurrently, you would be leading the integration of other connected commerce offerings such as Offers, Dining, and Partner Benefits into our CRM platform, for ultimately, delivering these products to our customers.

Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing a product backlog that facilitates development in alignment with the overarching strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Understand the needs of our users and experiment with existing and new technology solutions that may satisfy those needs
- Own the metrics that will define success and motivate the team across Product, Experience, and Technology
- Benchmark against best practices in the travel industry and the evolving travel advisory landscape
- Identify strategic levers, option sets, and determine dominant strategies that will drive the Product strategy
- Best practices: Research and Implement best practices that articulate and advocate for the team strategy - including Objectives and Key Results
- Collaborates with executives to develop and execute Product roadmaps that further CCB and Chase Travel's key priorities
- Supports a strong culture of continuous innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration across designers, engineers, and product managers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 7 plus years of experience in Product management or Product Strategy specifically.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Management Consulting experience
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Sciences (Physics or Mathematics)
- Ability to run analytics using Python, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau etc. and interpret these numbers to determine impact on product strategy
- Highly experienced in leading cross product initiatives in complex environments, alternatively a program management background
- Expert in reporting on complex initiatives with multiple workstreams
- Excels in planning and resource management skills
- Demonstrates a strong technology background with the communication skills to articulate technical matters to a broader audience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Travel industry experience is not required for consideration
- Private Equity Due-diligence project experience preferred over operations or implementation projects
