As a Vice President in Puma Pricing Operations, you will lead a team responsible for capturing and validating security prices used in daily and monthly NAV calculations. You'll work closely with colleagues across North America to deliver customized pricing for mutual funds, institutional and retirement plans, hedge funds, prime brokerage clients, and trader positions. You will foster a collaborative team culture, drive operational excellence, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of pricing data that supports our clients and the wider firm.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team, creating and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment
- Produce and analyze valuation movements within client portfolios daily
- Review price confirmation collection within the department
- Analyze price movements against market expectations
- Provide subject matter expertise to downstream teams and clients
- Ensure completion of all daily, monthly, and ad-hoc tasks and reporting accurately and on time
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10 years of asset pricing or fund accounting experience
- Knowledge of pricing vendors such as Bloomberg and Reuters
- Understanding of industry activities, including corporate actions, index tracking, and stock markets
- Ability to assess the impact of price and data changes on account market value
- Self-motivated and proactive, with proven ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer focus and follow-up skills
- Leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and disciplines
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills
- Demonstrated understanding and interest in stocks, bonds, options, and financial markets and products
