As a Product Delivery Manager in Fraud Risk you will interact with stakeholders serving as a liaison between scrum teams and business end-users to identify and design optimal solutions. You will coordinate large scale product initiatives working with area product leads from initiation through implementation, communicating and coordinating with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. You are both customer and execution focused and equally passionate about solving business problems through innovation and modernization. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Fraud Risk product owners, data scientists, and fraud strategists on various cross product initiatives to facilitate and drive customer focused solutions across the organization
- Work with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design and technology teams to define, prioritize, deliver and align solutions to product vision and roadmap
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project workstream leads, business stakeholders, Technology, Operations, peers, subject matter experts and others.
- Operate as the voice of the area product, producing or contributing to various reporting needs, and facilitating meetings at the business, operational and project levels; has the ability to frame messages for different audiences and \"tell the story\"
- Ensure project tracking and documentation is maintained; ensure Product adheres to CCB Agility control guidance.
- Drive project and process methodology, data governance and CCB agility control standards consistency and maturity across the team
- Influence a culture of community and inclusivity across the team and department
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in project management in financial services
- Well versed in agile project management, including use of agile project management tools (i.e. Confluence, JIRA, Jira Align, etc.)
- Advanced/strong client experience skills across a large scale highly matrixed organization with ability to influence and drive product alignment using customer insights
- Understanding of data-driven product development
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communications with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications with fast moving pieces of information.
- Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience working with CCB Data Governance requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred certifications Project Management or Agile
- Ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models
- Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus

Risk Management helps the firm understand, manage and anticipate risks in a constantly changing environment. The work covers areas such as evaluating country-specific risk, understanding regulatory changes and determining credit worthiness. Risk Management provides independent oversight and maintains an effective control environment.
