Vice President, Fraud Product Manager

As a Vice President, Fraud Product Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between scrum teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into high-quality technical requirements. You will lead the development and optimization of technology solutions that support our fraud risk strategy, working at the intersection of business and technology. Your role will involve managing product life cycles, aligning strategies with business goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and other partners to drive innovation and maintain a strong control environment. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners, data scientists, and fraud strategists to build business requirements, procedures, and processes, including project planning, resource management, and process design.
- Collaborate with product, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
- Manage interdependencies between product releases and delivery teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Align product strategies with overall business goals and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct and lead technical and functional sessions, driving solution design and defining API contracts, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Maintain a strong control environment by ensuring programs and projects comply with all risk, control, and firm-wide guidelines.
- Synthesize complex information for presentation to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Communicate and interact confidently with global business leaders through strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Support a collaborative team environment and provide clear guidance and feedback to colleagues and partners.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing complex projects in financial services, digital platforms, or software development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, compromise, and demonstrate diplomacy.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and logical thinking skills to understand and articulate complex business processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in organizing, executing, and completing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile development and proven ability to lead multiple projects.
- Expertise in JIRA reporting and Confluence.
- Ability to synthesize complex information concisely for stakeholders.
- Confidence in communicating with senior and global business leaders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet stakeholder and business partner needs.
