Job Summary
As the Vice President - Early Career Recruiting - Technology, Data & Product within the Early Careers team, you will lead a team of recruiters to promote recruitment strategy and efforts for Tech, Data & Product in India. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing recruiting strategies, developing campus relationships, and managing key recruiting projects. You will also partner with hiring managers and other recruiting managers across regions to implement firm-wide initiatives and ensure a seamless transition for hires into the Analyst Programs. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing the campus recruiting team, and executing on-campus branding and marketing efforts.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and oversee recruiting strategies to attract top talent for Technology, Data, and Product roles, including robust sourcing and campus relationship plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong recruiting platform, marketing efforts internally to drive business engagement and participation.
  • Lead and refresh school teams and business interviewers, ensuring consistency in interview structure and candidate evaluation.
  • Formulate and execute selling strategies for candidates with offers, including post-offer engagement prior to joining.
  • Regularly evaluate sources of hire, analyze recruiting statistics and metrics, and adjust sourcing strategies based on cost per hire and performance trends.
  • Manage and maintain the campus recruiting budget, ensuring costs are in-line and appropriately managed.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key business champions, hiring managers, and Analyst Program Managers to set hiring targets and ensure seamless transitions for hires.
  • Collaborate with recruiting managers across APAC, NAMR, and EMEA to share best practices and implement firm-wide initiatives.
  • Manage the campus recruiting team, setting goals, providing feedback and coaching, and reviewing operational structure for efficiencies.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute on-campus branding and marketing initiatives, and manage content of marketing materials.
  • Plan and manage Summer, Academic, and Attachment Internship Programs, including orientation days, continuing education, and leading the selection and evaluation process for full-time offers.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources (Recruiting/Business Partnering).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with knowledge of financial services or recruiting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, executive presence, and strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task and lead projects.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into a comprehensive campus recruitment agenda.
  • Proven relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across a matrixed and global organization.
  • Strong managerial skills with a keen interest in guiding and coaching the team.
  • Sound analytical skills with the ability to assess situations using both qualitative and quantitative factors.

  • Experience in campus recruiting for Technology, Data, or Product roles.
  • Regular travel required within India.
