As a User Experience Manager within the Strategy, Innovation, & Practices team, you will play a key role in enabling our Internal Audit teams to deliver exceptional value by focusing on team enablement, tool optimization, and process efficiency. By acting as a bridge between audit teams, technology platforms, and product owners, you'll help create intuitive workflows and champion continuous improvement. Your work will directly enhance the quality, consistency, and impact of our audits, while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Internal Audit teams regarding audit tools and processes
- Conduct surveys and interviews to understand user needs and develop user testing scenarios to refine products or features
- Gather and analyze feedback from auditors to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with audit teams, IT, and product owners to implement tool enhancements, updates, and integrations
- Champion change by helping teams adapt to new systems, features, or ways of working
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in user experience research methodologies, integrating innovative techniques
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce administrative burden and enable auditors to focus on high-value activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and Skills
- Background in internal audit, audit operations, or client success/enablement
- Strong understanding of audit methodology, processes, and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong partnerships with senior business and control partners
- Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business units, and audit leadership
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Skilled in product management and/or user experience
- Experience working in a geographically dispersed team
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, set clear expectations, and align with stakeholders to maximize the impact and clarity of research efforts
