U.S. Private Bank - Diverse Wealth Strategies Associate - Senior Associate
We are actively looking for an exceptionally talented individual who is collaborative, confident and motivated to provide a first-class experience to advisors, leadership and clients within J.P. Morgan's U.S. Private Bank. The Diverse Wealth Strategies (DWS) Associate will partner with the Head of Diverse Wealth Strategies to support various DWS verticals in strategy execution, tool implementation, and reporting thereby driving client acquisition and engagement. This individual will have a unique blend of interpersonal and analytical skills. Additionally, this individual will efficiently leverage both quantitative and qualitative resources to support business development and strategy execution. They will help drive key projects forward, executing and owning detailed analyses and developing comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business improvement and optimization, and other internal consulting initiatives.
As a Diverse Wealth Strategies (DWS) Associate, you are responsible for collaborating closely with the team and advisors across the country to create and streamline processes, collect data, and support the various wealth strategies. You can expect to work extensively with other internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and interface with clients. You are expected to craft presentations to senior leadership and have many opportunities for senior management interaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Quickly synthesize and interpret data; help devise creative approaches, frameworks, and insights to address key strategic, process, or organizational changes (current and future states)
- Collect and maintain internal and external resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and partners, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Create presentations with ability to recognize and address stakeholder motivations and concerns for senior leadership presentations, reports, and dashboards
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
- Develop strong trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Well-versed in strategy development or previous experience with consulting firm
- Experienced in developing executive level reports, presentations, and documentation
- Financial services background, preferred experience with Wealth Management
