UK Outsourcing Governance Framework - Analyst

As an Analyst in the UK Outsourcing Governance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the UK outsourcing governance framework. You will play a crucial role in this process and act as a SME in UK outsourcing requirements, actively supporting and advising the business.
Job responsibilities
- Be an SME in UK outsourcing requirements and trusted advisor to the business
- Work with the business to assess supplier risk focused on financial viability, control effectiveness and contingency.
- Validate SMF reporting and LE Forum Decks
- Assist with Change initiatives to evolve the framework.
- Support Regulatory queries/attestations
- Assist with Audit/CCOR reviews
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to build great working relationships with business partners in internal Lines of Business across the firm
- Strong team player with aptitude for risk management, compliance, oversight and control
- Understand the principle of a regulation and be able to apply to an operational process or control
- Confident with Excel and presenting/comparing data sets

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in an investment banking regulatory, compliance or operational team is desirable
- Able to demonstrate working in a control focused environment
- Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload
- Experience in project management with a focus on process improvement.
