As a Business Manager - Vice President within the Treasury and Chief Investment Office, you will demonstrate excellent client relationship manager skills and your ability to drive and execute projects/deliverables associated with the business goals and initiatives, maintain and enhance internal controls/external regulations, promote innovative technology solutions, and create business efficiencies. You will use your expertise to drive programs for the Trade Execution and Product Control space shaping the future of the Firm through innovative technology solutions, while ensuring internal controls and compliance with external regulations

Job responsibilities:
- Execute product initiatives
- Serve as Agile Product Owner for Execution Product
- Manage of Execution Book of Work
- Enable business innovation thru the use of data and automation.
- Promote, lead, and manage data quality and controls.
- Manage key stakeholder consensus, program documentation, technology implementation, testing co-ordination and delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Fixed Income and Banking product expertise
- Experience in Agile framework
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with a project management mindset, able to manage and prioritize across multiple projects simultaneously able to multi-task across a variety of priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to develop and clearly present conclusions
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx or Python
- Understanding of Jira application
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint/PitchPRO
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Operations and or Technology preferred
