As a Transactions Specialist I, in the Coppell/Personalization Print department at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for operating equipment to process statements and credit cards for Chase customers. Global Document Services is the corporation's primary print and card production and distribution unit for JPMorgan Chase. At Chase, you will focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers. As a Transactions Specialist I, in the Coppell/Personalization Print department, work is creative, exciting, and different every day.

Job responsibilities:

  • Train in all aspects of Embossing and Print Department
  • Utilize various types of equipment / machinery as assigned
  • Perform thorough quality checks on produced cards and statements to identify and address any errors or inconsistencies
  • Identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during production, including equipment malfunctions or data discrepancies
  • Complete work in a timely manner to meet our Service Level Agreements
  • Promote strong internal controls through proactive identification and communication of issues
  • Review production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies and standard operating procedures regarding card and statements production

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Ability to lift and transport heavy materials (50-70 lbs) and manage 200 lb supplies using industrial carts
  • Initial proficiency in adhering to detailed instructions and procedures with precision, ensuring minimal deviation from established guidelines and protocols
  • Capable of quickly adjusting to changes in the work environment, including responding to daily directives from leadership, adapting to updates in standard operating procedures, and integrating new technology
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Effective at prioritizing daily tasks based on client Service Level Agreements to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Actively participates in maintaining a clean and organized departmental work area to support operational efficiency
  • Open and adaptable to cross-training opportunities, with a willingness to learn and take on responsibilities across multiple departments

Work Schedule:

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
