  • Establish daily production goals and monitor output.
  • Manage shift operations and resolve production issues.
  • Demonstrate leadership judgment and escalate concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the team.
  • Track performance and implement improvement plans.
