Transactions Analyst / 2nd Shift

Join a dynamic team at JP Morgan Chase's Integrated Monitoring and Control Center (IMCC) and help shape the future of automation in finance. Make an impact by supporting the Robotics Monitoring group and optimizing transaction processes in a technology-driven environment.

As a Transactions Analyst in IMCC, you will oversee the health and performance of automation BOTs, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with partners to deliver continuous improvement. Your work will directly enhance customer and employee experiences.

Job responsibilities

• Manage incidents via ServiceNow for timely resolution and escalation
• Research performance and resolve technical failures
• Escalate concerns to leadership through data analysis
• Communicate clearly with internal partners and senior management
• Assist in training and guiding team members on transaction processing and best practices

• Gather data and create reports to contribute to business operations
• Research and provide recommendations on performance error investigations, root cause, and resolution
• Contribute to team projects aimed at innovating transaction management processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 2 years of experience in Operations, including Risk & Control
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Flexible, organized, and adept at project management
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership
• Proven track record in team collaboration, innovation, and training
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Prior experience in Level 1 incident management and BOT monitoring
• Technical qualification/skills preferred
• Familiarity with BOTs and UI Path/Orchestrator
• Ability to work within a team and maintain confidentiality

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 1:30pm - 10pm

Shift differential: 10%
