Job Summary:
As a Senior ATM Claims & Exceptions Analyst within the ATM Operations Team, you will lead the management of ATM exceptions and customer claims. You will utilize advanced analytical skills to resolve customer requests and mitigate potential losses. Your role will also involve driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations to resolve complex ATM exceptions.
- Develop strategies to mitigate potential losses.
- Oversee research and resolution of customer claims.
