As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in providing operational support within Commercial & Investment Banking. Your expertise will ensure that all aspects of documentation and reference data maintenance are completed on time, while efficiently resolving exceptions and inquiries. You'll be a key resource, offering subject matter expertise to both internal and external counterparties. Additionally, you'll manage daily regulatory reporting tasks, engage in processing and remediation activities, and drive process improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks assigned
  • Lead on process improvement and automation
  • Manage assigned tasks independently with a little or no supervision
  • Encompass a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that have impact on process or to the organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in middle or back office operations
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
  • Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
