As a Cash Transaction Lifecycle Analyst within the Banking/Finance operations team, you will lead and ensure the completion of daily activities in a timely manner, promote resolution of exceptions, and be accountable for top-quality exception management. You will supervise team members, monitor team competency, and identify and facilitate the development of subject matter experts within the team. You will leverage your knowledge to identify and implement process improvements in response to operational and business requirements, draft and ensure SOPs are current, and encourage, participate, and lead learning and development sessions. You will support the team in audit, controls, and process reviews, track and perform activities flawlessly while adhering to regulatory norms and guidelines, escalate issues timely, and work closely with relevant parties to effect solutions, fostering communication and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure completion of daily activities are timely.
- Drive resolution of exceptions.
- Account for top quality exception management.
- Provide supervision to team members and monitor team competency.
- Identify and facilitate development of SME in the team.
- Leverage knowledge to identify and implement improvements to processes in response to operational and business requirements.
- Draft and ensure SOPs are current.
- Encourage, participate, and lead learning and development sessions.
- Support the team in Audit, Controls, and Process reviews.
- Track and perform activities flawlessly while adhering to the regulatory norms and guidelines.
- Escalate issues timely and work closely with relevant parties to effect solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Good operational knowledge of Reconciliations or Custody / Markets business.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues, and clients.
- Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Flexibility to work on holidays / extended working hours on high volume days, if required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree with accounting courses or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in Banking/Finance operations.
