Training Analyst
Receivables Operations (RO, also known as a lockbox) provides remittance collection services for companies that receive payments from consumer and business clients. It provides state of the art technology, extensive check clearing network, ongoing expense reduction, timely updating of accounts receivables and reduced check float. Public Sector Lockbox services clients in the government space and is an industry leading provider for our service. The Public Sector lockbox is in search for a Training Analyst.
As a Training Analyst within Operations, you will learn the current lockbox operations, workflow and how emerging technologies will impact and change the operators in the future state. This position requires interfacing with multiple support teams, including business analysts, user acceptance testers, technology partners, and trainers to ensure successful training implementations. The expected training solutions should be hands-on, interactive, engaging and concise utilizing adult learning theories as well as the latest training development methodologies and tools. This role also requires a poised and flexible team player who is an experienced writer and editor and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Communicating complex information in a clear, concise, and accurate way is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities
- Identify and implement appropriate training delivery methodology by content and audience.
- Partner with division management, peers and other support teams to develop appropriate training content.
- Support the operation sites during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations.
- Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants.
- Create presentations that support business initiatives or project implementations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, trainers, operations staff, and technology partners to deliver the documentations timely and accurately.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year practical experience working in an operation/production, a finance institution, or a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, organization skills, and strong attention to details.
- Proficient competency in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Minimum four years of experience in technical and/or soft skill training and development.
- Professional instruction and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively deliver technical training content, as well as an ability to facilitate discussion through interaction and engagement.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and training development methodologies.

- Strong sense of ownership in your personal and team deliverables.
- A drive for excellence and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet delivery timelines.
