Job Summary

  • As the Vice President in the Trade & Working Capital Product Solutions Delivery (PSD) team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, post-close administration, and risk participation of the Export & Agency Finance (EAF) product in your region. You will manage large-scale deal execution, collaborate with Originators to support revenue targets, ensure effective risk and controls management, and guide the team on change management processes to enhance scalability.
  • Manage large scale deal execution, implementation, and post close management of the EAF product.
  • Drive seamless collaboration with the Originators in support of growth of revenue targets.
  • Effective Risk and Controls management
  • Ensure seamless client engagement and adherence to Transactional Control aspects of ECA covered transactions.
  • Guide the team on Change Management processes to enhance scalability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with Product and Origination teams on structures.
  • Manage the overall implementation process ensuring the team adhere to SOP requirements when managing the booking system set-up and post close administration of the facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to all transactional control conditions established to minimise operational risk and to be able to identify areas where such risks may develop where transactional controls may need to be developed or adjusted
  • Produce all necessary metrics for external/internal reporting.
  • Act as the focal point for internal stakeholders including Risk Management, Credit, Credit Middle Office, Sales, Product and Operations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of and experience in ECA backed transactions is essential.
  • Proven leadership skills and an ability to work in a global team environment, across multiple disciplines and locations.
  • Ability to multitask within the broader scope of the PSD team, managing work flow and capacity across the team to ensure timely execution of new deals, as time to revenue is a key performance indicator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across the organisation at any lever, as well as with clients as and when required.
  • Proficiency in customized data analytics, advanced working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications.
