You will work closely with various operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a collaborative approach. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our trading processes and ensuring efficient resolution of queries.

- Capture all transactions accurately in the Risk Management Systems
- Complete intraday and end-of-day processes, including reconciliation checks
- Collaborate with operations functions and infrastructure groups
- Perform and sign off on all controls diligently and timely
- Communicate clearly with support teams for efficient query resolution
- Participate in strategic initiatives to improve processes and business architecture
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of trading structures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, etc.)
- Understanding of front-to-back operations processes, including confirmations and settlements
- Ability to recognize the impact of trade support actions on other infrastructure groups
- Clear communication skills for collaborative work and effective challenge
- Attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Problem-solving, control, and project management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in a pressurized and changing environment
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Technical skills, especially in Excel (VBA is a plus)
- Ability to contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements
