Job Summary

As a Business Process Associate within the Reconciliation Utility, you will manage product changes, onboarding, and partner with tech for automation in a 24 X 5 environment, supporting Asia, EMEA, and WHEM regions. You will be responsible for understanding key metrics and risk components. Your role will ensure client deliverables are met with high timeliness and accuracy.

  • Meet client deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop continuous focus on productivity and quality.
  • Review and document new processes regularly.
  • Identify and address business knowledge gaps.
  • Interact professionally with global managers.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate with minimum 8 years in a financial institution.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Reconciliations, Cash, and stock products.
  • Understand SWIFTS/ISO framework.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Exhibit leadership and people management skills.
  • Approach problem-solving proactively.
  • Focus acutely on client needs.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Data Science and Analytics.
  • Coding knowledge in JAVA and automation software.
  • Prior client and third-party bank investigation experience.
  • Build strong business relationships.
  • Use creative problem-solving techniques.
  • Possess strong project management skills.
  • Partner with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams
