Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation tasks for supervisory controls.
- Support ad-hoc requests from other local departments.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to local authorities.
- Monitor trade flow between systems, ensuring successful delivery into downstream systems.
- Provide user support during User Acceptance Test cycles.
- Execute trade capture controls in accordance with corporate and local policies.
- Liaise with Istanbul Stock Exchange, ISE Clearing Bank Takasbank, and Central Bank of Turkey for all cash & securities settlements and funding aspects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or Banking.
- Up to 2 years of experience in the Banking Sector, preferably in Treasury Operations.
- Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High-level knowledge of Swift message types used in settlement flows.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in operational workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a changing environment.

- Experience in continuously improving business processes and controls.
- Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers, other banks, and colleagues.
