As an APAC Third Party Outsourcing Program Vice President within the CTPO APAC Program Management team, you will lead and participate in projects to uplift outsourcing programs and support remediation activities. You will interface with key stakeholders, including Legal Entities, Compliance, Audit, Legal, Control Managers, and Lines of Business, to ensure compliance with CTPO policy and standards. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, design processes, track deliverables, and communicate objectives effectively to all levels.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver tactical and strategic solutions for key CTPO program workstreams.
  • Administer meetings, produce documentation, and coordinate actions for program initiatives.
  • Provide line of business support to mature third-party processes and achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Drive stakeholder participation in risk and control evaluations and promote consistency in risk-based oversight.
  • Support change management processes in partnership with global teams and businesses.
  • Participate in regional governance, information sharing meetings, and regulatory/audit interactions.
  • Act as subject matter expert on stakeholder program processes and objectives, influencing implementation of program requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and support integration of program enhancements.
  • Manage the project/program lifecycle, monitor details, report status, and track, escalate, and resolve issues.
  • Develop clear and concise presentation materials for executive and working-level audiences.
  • Chair CTPO Regional Forum, conduct training and awareness sessions, and respond to queries from Lines of Business on regulatory assessments.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing, risk, oversight and control, change management, process improvement, or related roles within a regulated and complex environment.
  • Excellent program management skills with ability to track deliverables and manage multiple projects. Strong knowledge of risk management and control principles.
  • Demonstrated judgment and analysis skills to balance stakeholder feedback and competing priorities. Experience building relationships and influencing change across global organizations.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with strong listening and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to defend points of view with a strong factual basis, strong client service focus and proven stakeholder influence.
  • Excellent business judgment, with ability to proactively identify and address issues early.
  • Strong business and data analysis skills for efficient, accurate, and objective decision making. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to partner closely with sourcing, legal, compliance, audit, and related functions.
  • Professional maturity and confidence in senior leadership interactions and presentations.
  • Proven track record of overseeing both short-term objectives and long-range projects with measurable goals.
