As a Technology Support II team member in Infrastructure Platforms, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Works primarily on the operation for start of day, morning health check and end of day batch job.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, and networks along with regional product service team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with regional teams for project implementation.
- Provide data Center operational management including physical access, media and disposal equipment etc.
- Be able to work overtime during weekend, and rotate amongst the team.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Proven experience in IT support, network management, or system administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- English writing, listening and speaking ability.
- One year contract subject for renewal
