As a Technical Project Manager III in Commercial and Investment Banking - Sales Enablement team, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.
Sales Enablement is a part of the Global Banking Technology organization responsible for delivering and supporting an industry-leading technology solutions. This role will support the role of Chief of Staff/Tech Operations and manage the day-to-day business operations and strategic programs, needed to shape the foundational structure that enables Sales Enablement to deliver world class products. You will be partnering with our leadership team, product owners and technologists around the world with the help to create and manage best in class strategic programs. These programs will be focused on executive communications, data driven organizational decision making, perfecting processes and tooling, steering senior level governance programs, and supporting diverse cultural initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Manage Chief-of-Staff and business manager responsibilities for the Sales Enablement product lines, inclusive of managing day to day operational strategies and optimizing existing team processes
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans to maintain the projects and programs momentum, minimizing impact on project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product, and business stakeholders, to define the program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data driven optimizations to enhance efficiency
- technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
- Collaborate with vendors to understand budget management
- Manage critical strategic initiatives, which are a part of the program's Wholesale Client Servicing team
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or combination of these
- Proficiency in crafting visually compelling and cohesive narratives, with experience in creating engaging digital content and enhancing communications through innovative design and storytelling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders, proving excellence with strategic approach in attention to details
- Proven experience leading through the project and program lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills (e.g., identify trends, patterns, and root cause analysis using a diverse toolkit to address the root cause)
- Experience taking on complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans
- Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
- Proficient in executive stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced proficiency in tools for governance documentation and communications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Tableau, Jira, etc.
- Experience in using Power BI / reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Qlik View, Qlik Sense, etc.)
