Technical Product Portfolio Operations Manager, Data Publishing

As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Data Publish and Processing, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.
Job responsibilities
- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
- Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Conducts regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identifies gaps, and recommends actions for improvement
- Develops and implements operational processes and best practices to streamline product development and launch
- Prepares and presents reports on portfolio performance, including KPIs, financial metrics, and customer insights
- Fosters strong relationships with key partners to support product initiatives and drive business growth
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization in Cloud environment
- Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives of various programs
- Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Proficient in project management tools and software, as well as data analysis tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in AWS/Azure or Google cloud environment
- Data and Analytics background (Compute, analytics)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
- Previous experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
