TA Operations Service Delivery Associate - 3-months Fixed Term Contract

As an Associate within our TA Operations Service Delivery team, you will take on a dynamic client-facing role in Luxembourg, serving as the primary point of contact. You will manage communication on all Transfer Agency-related matters, including issue escalation and service updates, and oversee the overall Transfer Agency Operations service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Client-facing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TA service delivery.
  • Manage TA processes and coordinate actions with the TA team to address issues and improvements, ensuring timely client communication.
  • Facilitate investor complaints and reporting processes.
  • Communicate changes in the Client(s)' CIB operating model affecting TA.
  • Maintain Client TA service documents: Service Level Delivery, Service Plan, Monthly KPIs, and Issue Log.
  • Partner with Product & Tech to support Client projects and change management.
  • Coordinate and provide input for Client TA-related operational reviews and meetings.
  • Identify and deliver solutions for TA service gaps, including regulatory and control needs.
  • Evaluate data trends for improvement opportunities and associated risks.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Business Knowledge: Strong product and business knowledge with significant experience in TA Operations.
  • Service Orientation: Adaptive communication skills to present information effectively and propose solutions.
  • Judgment & Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Advanced influencing skills, working independently and collaboratively.
  • Cognitive Flexibility: Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and informed risk-taking.
  • Organization: Agile in managing complex client organizations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Business Knowledge: Significant experience in a similar role with deep understanding of TA Operations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with effective presentation and report writing.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work across all organizational levels and unite teams for results.
  • Leadership: Skilled in operations planning and delivery while managing conflicting objectives.
