Supplier Onboarding Operations Senior Associate - Global Supplier Services

As a Source-to-Pay Associate within Supplier Onboarding Orchestration, you will play a pivotal role in managing the procurement cycle. You will synchronize supplier onboarding activities, systematically track progress, and identify efficiency opportunities. Your vigilant monitoring enables timely completion of engagements, optimizes operational efficiency, and consistently meets GSS objectives. You will improve end-user experience across all Lines of Business under one global lead, with standard operating procedures and performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Workflow management of the required supplier onboarding intake channels, due diligence, approval and provide guidance on operational execution.
  • Ensure all onboarding activities are delivered in a manner consistent with GSS procedures and business objectives.
  • Central coordination of supplier onboarding and due diligence activities across GSS, adjacent LOBs/Corp Functions and Suppliers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with all internal stakeholders.
  • Assist and execute tasks on behalf of delivery managers to manage and drive transactions to meet the desired onboarding target date.
  • Drive the timely completion of supplier onboarding tasks through reporting, tracking and escalation.
  • Monitor transactions through various reports, tools, and system research.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in Operations, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles with proven track record of accomplishment.
  • Proven multitasking skills, completing assignments and collaborating with internal stakeholders across regions.
  • Proficient in client management, relationship management, and analysis.
  • Ability to partner closely with related functions to ensure a coordinated and effective program management.
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills as well as being an expert written and verbal communicator.
  • Excellent business judgement, particularly the ability to proactively monitor activities to address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop solutions.
  • Solid business analysis and problem-solving skills to enable efficient, accurate and objective decision making.
