As a Structured Investments Distribution and Marketing Middle Office - Vice President within the Trading Services team at JPMorganChase, you will gain invaluable insights into Investment Bank operations across a wide range of asset classes. You will have unique exposure to Front, Middle, and Back Office teams, internal stakeholders, and external agents, leveraging your expertise in marketing support, trader assistance, and trade support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Equity Derivative Structured Products Desks in North America, covering sales and trading for exotic business lines.
  • Facilitate trade bookings, validate economic integrity, ensure settlement, and complete client setup.
  • Provide pre-trade approvals, onboard clients correctly, and complete pre-trade formalities.
  • Prepare calculations for expiries, coupons, physical pay-offs, and draft fixing notices using term sheets and models.
  • Capture trades into various front office systems and work on projects to reduce manual labor and increase controls.
  • Identify and implement efforts to drive down manual work per trade and reduce costs within the middle office.
  • Drive the future state of the Structured Products business by improving daily processes and assisting in new business activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Excellent product knowledge on Structured Products across various asset classes (Equity Derivatives, FX, Commodities, etc.).
  • Experience in structured trade calculations and familiarity with Bloomberg and Excel models.
  • Understanding of booking flows from FO risk systems to full product lifecycle management and settlement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a control mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Team player capable of building effective business relationships across the organization.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with root cause analysis and ownership of resolutions.
  • Flexibility for early start times and late finishing times as needed.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Background in reducing manual tasks and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of JPMorganChase low-cost centers and cost-reduction strategies.
  • Experience in driving new business activities and process improvements.
