And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

  • Handling post-execution trade monitoring, including booking and monitoring rules setup.
  • Ensuring accurate booking of collateral in the system, aligning with legal agreements.
  • Enhancing covenant monitoring capabilities by constructing covenant trackers, interpreting client reporting and tracking compliance
  • Consuming client data and uploading it into analytics tools for portfolio transparency reporting.
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, to improve processes and support business growth.
  • Escalating issues in a timely manner and taking ownership of them with a client-oriented focus.

What do we ask for this position?

  • Graduate or bachelor student.
  • Advanced English.
  • Team player and willingness to collaborate.
  • Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution.
  • Relevant experience of at least 5 years in related functions or businesses.
  • Basic understanding of legal terms and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data processing and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with structured equity financing products and trade collateral setup processes, is a plus
