As a Strategy & Planning, Senior Associate in the Proprietary Wallets & Lending Innovation team you will be dedicated to creating personalized payment solutions and meeting the borrowing needs of our customers through digital wallet and installment lending solutions. We are seeking a Senior Associate to support business operations and strategy for this product area. This position sits within the Connected Commerce organization, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day business operations
- Enhance efficiency and effectiveness, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to align strategy and execution
- Communicate business and product strategy and progress to leaders
- Drive culture-related activities (e.g. Learning Series, Quad offsite planning).
- Collaborate with General Managers and Product Executives to drive progress across a variety of functional activities including product strategy, marketing, analysis and planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish, evolve, and track key business results/metrics.
- Developing executive-ready communications, presentations and reporting that tells the Lending Innovation story to leadership
- Support the team's efforts around budget management and the overall funding and capacity planning process.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of experience, including time in an internal strategy group, strategy/management consulting firm, finance, or business operations role
- Executive presence and a thought leader able to influence and advocate for their views/ideas
- Strong expertise in business strategy, strategic frameworks, qualitative and quantitative analysis
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agile principles; experience with Jira / Confluence highly preferred
