As a Strategy and Product Senior Associate in the Client Transformation Team, you will operate as part of dynamic in-house consulting team in London to partner globally with multidisciplinary teams across operations, technology, data analytics and finance to redesign how the bank delivers a seamless and enhanced client experience. You will work on meaningful and high-impact initiatives that enable the target state vision for client onboarding, etrading enablement, and other future initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Engage in strategy development of business initiatives to define and establish target state operating models across functions and asset classes
- Contribute to the delivery of go-to-market strategies for market-leading in-house and vendor solutions in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Conceptualize, develop, and test minimum viable products (MVP) to solve critical business problems and help scale successful use cases client onboarding lifecycle
- Manage cross-organizational transformation agenda; own and execute on key program deliverables while measuring success against clearly defined milestones/ roadmap
- Accelerate the adoption of emerging and cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within the firm to deliver overall business value

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems using a data-driven, structured, and hypothesis-based approach
- Proven experience in developing strong business cases and modeling skills to provide quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses to cross-functional executives
- Proficiency in core data analytics and visualization, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and synthesize data using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide audience across all levels of the corporate hierarchy, including cross functional executives
- Strong capability to influence, lead, and establish trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the strategic agenda and better serve clients and the firm
