Strategic Execution Program Manager
Join our team as a Strategic Execution Project Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO), where you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and advancing business priorities. You will coordinate and execute projects, manage business activities, and build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and senior management. Collaborating closely with leaders across Business Controls, Technology, Operations, Firmwide partners, and Business Management, you will ensure successful project outcomes and drive the success of our initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines, with consideration of Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Assist in resource allocation and management for project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, scope adherence, and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing strategies to minimize impact.
- Facilitate resolution of key issues and risks, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and deliver project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Support operational and business change readiness by defining and documenting new operating models.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Lead project working forums and steering forums.
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Required Job Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Seasoned experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Advanced proficiency in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, with the ability to communicate technical processes simply.
- Proven experience in project lifecycle management, including influencing decision-makers and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks.
- Effective communicator with excellent visualization, written, and verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent tasks to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving business problems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, often under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with planning and tracking tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate impact using data.
- Ability to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in data management and/or data governance, regulatory initiatives.
- Experience in an investment banking Regulatory, Compliance or Data team.
