The Strategic Equity Sales Desk provides dedicated expertise and customized solutions for managing concentrated equity/stake positions. We offer derivative-based hedging, monetization, and divestiture, as well as bespoke financing, to provide a holistic solution set for both UHNW retail and institutional clients.
As an Analyst on the Strategic Equity Solutions Sales desk, you will be required to engage with both the market and clients. Your role will also require execution, technical and market skills, a problem-solving approach, and the ability to use strategic analysis to deliver complex solutions to end clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support senior marketers in covering clients and in the daily functions of the desk.
- Assist in formulating, marketing, and executing derivative-based hedging, monetization, and divestiture solutions by working with trading, legal, tax, and compliance teams.
- Provide comprehensive client coverage, including fulfilling client requests for market/stake updates, pricing, and execution of client transactions.
- Help ensure a smooth post-trade execution process, including accurate booking of risk, trade recaps, and post-trade inquiries.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong communication skills, an analytical background, and proficiency with Excel.
- Candidates must be high-energy, take initiative, and multitask by balancing the execution of transactions with long-term strategic projects and client pitches.
- Possess strong intellectual curiosity with an emphasis on problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and a general interest in financial markets.
- Strong knowledge of Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required for the role but can be obtained after joining the team.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of options pricing, modeling, and trading strategies.
- A fundamental understanding of Python or VBA
