Sr. Product Delivery Associate - Service Product Outbound Dependency Management

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate on the Service Product's Strategy & Support Partner (SSP) team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way for our Outbound Dependency Management Program. To accomplish this, you will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships with external product teams, and minimize the risk of external constraints limiting the product's ability to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies and partnership with external products
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners to increase risk identification and mitigation to the Service Product Roadmap
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage outbound dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Collaborates with the Product Deliver Manager to implement strategic multi-channel communications and materials to provide program updates, planned enhancements, and influence leadership decisions
  • Develops and maintains clear, actionable reporting to monitor progress, surface risks, and inform decision-making for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Designs and refines processes to streamline workflows, drive continuous improvement, and support successful adoption of change initiatives across teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Strong leader, comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment, with flexibility
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability and quick thinking, efficiently adjusting to changing environments and new challenges with ease.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • PMP Certification
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle and agility practices
  • Strong project management and communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to quickly solve problems and present ideas and results to multiple stakeholders
  • Superior verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Data Analysis and reporting experience, ability to review data sets and provide concise and digestible reports for various audiences
