As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the Workforce Technology Team, specifically as a part of the Employee Platforms Team, you will be integral to our agile team, concentrating on the improvement, design, and delivery of software components for cutting-edge technology products. You will implement software solutions by designing, developing, and troubleshooting various technical products, applications, or systems, enhancing your skills and acquiring valuable experience for career growth.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking.
• Consult and sustain HCM Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Utilize Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience.
• Provide clear communication and timely responses.
• Ensure security and release processes are followed to reduce risk.
• Protect data privacy and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Apply lessons learned to limit production defects and collaborate with Oracle on service requests.

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Passionate about building an innovative culture.
• At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Learning Cloud.
